Monday mid-day guided meditation for lawyers and judges

PLEASE NOTE: THIS REPLACES THE MONDAY MORNING MEDITATION

Mondays (except holidays) from 12:00 pm - 12:50 pm.  Please arrive at 11:50 am as we start the sit promptly at 12 pm.   No experience required.  No charge.  Just an opportunity to practice mindful meditation together at the beginning of the work week.

    Fantastic! I hadn’t heard about this.

    But since January, I have improved enough to meditate again and to do some legal work.

    Not proselytizing Buddhism at all. But I think the breath meditation instructions themselves are exceptionally useful.
